Buildings constructed using Comark's Permanent Accelerated Construction Solutions (PACS) approach can mean big savings to budget-constrained clients, without sacrificing quality. The PACS approach creates value at virtually all phases of the process including value engineered design, high throughput component production and tandem on/off site construction.

Clients realize even greater value from less internal man-hours spent on the project in supervision and inspection and a lower construction cost because the on-site labor is lower by 75-90%. On a typical large-scale project, this translates to savings of up to ten thousand dollars every day that the project timeline is shortened, and Comark projects are typically completed in at least a 30% shorter construction window. In addition, since our building production takes place faster in a controlled environment, we experience less construction wast and we avoid weather impacts. We find, on average, a 5-10% savings on materials costs over the project construction period.
