All Permanent Accelerated Construction Solutions (PACS) projects are designed and built to satisfy sustainability requirements. Planning, design, material/system selection, construction and commissioning are synchronized to achieve sustainability goals including LEED® project certification. Because of the inherent way in which we build our buildings, they can also be virtually 100% recycled if desired. In fact, early in 2006, Comark decommissioned a 100,000 SF building that served as primary office space by literally "deconstructing" it into built units that were then "shrink-wrapped" and placed into temporary storage for reuse elsewhere. That reuse has taken place! The complete reutilization of a Government office building on this scale is unprecedented in history, and it speaks to the transformation underway using PACS.
