SAFER

The Permanent Accelerated Construction Solutions (PACS) approach results in safer projects due to greater amounts of work being performed in controlled production environments using standardized processes. Typically our construction workers perform most work at heights lower than 15 feet, even for multi-story buildings. Less time spent on site also translates into decreased safety incidents. Because our labor force is not exposed to adverse weather, except during site work and expedited building placement, those risks to safety are also reduced.

These results cannot be achieved using traditional construction methodologies. By combing in-house design, operations and engineered componentry with process-driven on-site construction, we are able to complete projects in up to one-third the time of traditional on-site construction. Less construction done on site means less construction traffic, noise, contaminants, dust, and inconvenience to the client and the community.
